On our first meeting he remembered moving my grandparents house and exactly where it was moved to so many years ago. He was an interesting man and I enjoyed our conversations. He was also extremely professional. I know you have many happy memories that will help you through this time.

We were saddened to hear the news about Laurie's passing. He always had a great smile, and you could always recognize him, because of his thick beautiful head of hair. I would always run into him at the bank and he always had time to chat, it didn't matter how busy he was. We were the lucky ones, who Laurie helped transporting portables for us. Just watching the technique was amazing and took a lot of strength. He always said that he was going to work up to the time he wasn't able to and he did what he said, until he got sick. We missed him and Elspeth, at Fenders day. They were great supporters of this special fundraiser, that took place at Jeff's place for almost 10 years. Very generous and was very sincere. He will be missed by many, especially his family that he worked with daily. He is now in a better place, and the pain and suffering is no longer there. He will always be in the hearts of many.

Our deepest condolences Mary Elspeth to you and the family. Laurie was a very true spirited person who had a love that would never end. He always showed his strength through everything he would do. Laurie would not hesitate but to give you the shirt off his back when you needed it or just to sit there and talk to you, laugh with you, joke around and brought such joy to everybody’s heart. He will be truly missed by many people . Please take comfort in knowing that Laurie is now with our Lord‘a side and he will guide each and everyone through this difficult journey. Sending all my prayers to you and giving you all the strength that you need to walk through this journey with your friends and family at your side.
    God Bless You

Our thoughts and prayers are with the McCulloch family as they go through this difficult time. Laurie was a very special man and I had the highest respect for him in the 15 plus years I knew him. Not only is he a huge loss to his family, friends, relatives and associates, but to mankind in general. He was a man of his word, and always spoke highly of Elspeth and his family. He was especially proud of his son Greg for taking over the business, and rightly so, as Laurie taught him well to follow in his footsteps.
Only time can heal this loss, but Laurie will never be forgotten.
Out deepest sympathy to Elspeth and family.
