Aileen came to see me almost 20 years ago to book a cruise with Michelle. I remember the fun of planing this trip with them. Over the years since then it has been my pleasure to help plan her travels with her beloved family.

So sorry to hear of such a loss to you, Terry, and your family. Aileen was a pleasant person to know; from the time I met her when you moved to Oshawa from Montreal and took over the role of the Director of Personnel.
Unfortunately, we just heard today, Thursday; beyond the visitation and funeral time. We apologize for not being able to visit and personally express our sympathy.
How strange that I had been thinking about both of you over the last few days. We will continue to keep your family in our thoughts, especially over this very difficult time for all of you.
With sincere sympathy and understanding, Jim & Janet

I am deeply sorry to hear of the loss of Aileen to your family. I just heard this sad news today. I wish that I had known in time to pay my respects in person, I apologize for not being there. Aileen was an good friend and angel to my mother Lil. She had a laugh that would make people smile and more recently, her hugs were enveloping. Aileen will be deeply missed. Sending the entire family deepest condolences from the Neill family.
