Peacefully, with her family by her side, at Ajax-Pickering Hospital on Sunday June 24, 2012 at the age of 82. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Bartholomeo Formosa. Devoted and loving mother of Mario Formosa and his wife Betty, Joseph Formosa and his wife Margarida, Maude Formosa McHaffie and the late Tony Formosa. Dear grandma of Stephanie and Kevin Formosa, Anna Johnston (Pat) and Anthony Formosa, Joshua and Matthew McHaffie and proud great grandma of Gabriella. Sister of Vincent Cini and the late Charles Cini and Doris Vinco. Relatives and friends may call at McINTOSH-ANDERSON-KELLAM FUNERAL HOME LTD., 152 King Street East, Oshawa (905-433-5558) on Wednesday from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Prayers at 7:30 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. JOHN THE EVANGELIST CHURCH, 903 Giffard St. W. Whitby, (West of Cochrane St.) on Thursday June 28, 2012 at 11:00 am. Interment at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, Whitby. Donations in memory of Tessie to a favourite charity would be appreciated.
